Contact
One address for tips, corrections, press and partnerships.
ReportUltra is a small, independent publication, and we keep contact simple. Every message, whatever its purpose, goes to one address: [email protected]. There is no phone line, no office to visit and no separate inbox for different departments. The editors read what arrives and route it internally.
What you can write to us about
- Tips and leads. If you think a topic deserves a closer look, tell us why. Please read the Security Protocols page first if the message touches anything sensitive.
- Corrections. If we have made an error in a dossier, a brief or a page, we want to know. Corrections are treated as a priority and are noted on the piece once confirmed.
- Press and media. Questions about our approach, our format or how to cite a dossier are welcome.
- Partnerships and syndication. If you run a newsletter, a conference or a research programme and see a fit, describe it briefly.
- Subscriptions. To join the Thursday Dispatch, use the subject line "Subscribe". The Subscribe page has the details.
What to include
A good message is short and specific. Tell us which dossier or page you are writing about, quoting its title or the part in question. If you are reporting a mistake, say what you believe is wrong and, where you can, point to a public source that supports your view. If you are proposing a topic, explain the decision it would help a reader make.
Please put a clear subject line on your message. "Correction: Post-Cloud Unit Economics" is far easier to handle than "Hello". Include a name and an organization only if you are comfortable doing so; we do not require either.
What to expect
We are a small team, and we read everything, but we cannot promise a specific response time. Corrections and security reports are looked at first. Some messages, particularly general suggestions, may not receive an individual reply. That is a function of capacity, not a judgment on your message.
We will not share your message or your address outside the editorial team, and we will not add you to any mailing list unless you ask to subscribe. Our Privacy Policy explains how email correspondence is handled.
A note on scope
ReportUltra publishes analysis, not advice. We cannot offer personal investment, legal or financial guidance, and we cannot comment on individual circumstances. Our launch-edition dossiers are illustrative scenarios built from general public knowledge, so we are not able to confirm or deny claims about specific companies or events on request.
If you are unsure where your message belongs, send it anyway. One address, one inbox, and a person on the other end: [email protected].
Send a message
Your email app should open with the message pre-filled. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
