Meghan Markle looked like the ultimate glamourpuss as she attended the Los Angeles children’s hospital fundraising gala, which also saw a number of other stars in attendance

The Duchess of Sussex went full Jessica Rabbit for her latest outing in Los Angeles.

Meghan Markle opted for a daring red Caroline Herrera dress, which featured a plunging neckline and an eye-catching thigh-slit.

It was a bold look for the stunning former senior royal, as its striking color certainly photographed beautifully.

It was the second outing for Meghan’s gorgeous gown, having worn it previously on the eve of Veterans Day in the US and Armistice Day in the UK in 2021, where she was joined by Prince Harry.

The 43-year-old mother-of-two opted for a nude and neutral makeup palette for her latest outing, adding a sweep of shimmer to the apples of her cheeks.

She left her raven-colored locks in loose waves, which cascaded past her shoulders.

Meghan donned the jaw-dropping number to attend LA’s children’s hospital gala.

The Duchess was gearing up for a night jam-packed with famous faces – including a performance from Demi Lovato and presenters taking to the stage such as Jamie Lee Curtis and Kaley Cuoco.

Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond spoke to OK! about Harry’s recent solo engagements.

She explained: “We can’t go on criticizing Prince Harry for jetting across the Atlantic for this that and the other, and then raise questions about why he is consolidating his travel into one big trip. It makes perfect environmental sense.”

She continued: “Maybe it’s better for his kids as well, for him to disappear for a fortnight and then be at home – rather than lots of comings and goings. Harry is box office. He’s always had a way with people and crowds and it’s lovely to see him coming into his own with charities and causes that he became involved with many years ago. Married couples don’t have to do everything together.”
