It was reported by Crain’s Detroit Business that Campbell has plans to sell his Bloomfield Hills residence due to privacy concerns.

His family put the home for sale after the public found out where they live.

“It’s just that people figured out where we lived when we lost,” Campbell told the outlet this week.

This isn’t the first time that Campbell’s house has been discussed.

Fox Sports NFL insider Jay Glazer reported that after the Lions’ loss to the Dallas Cowboys last December, numerous contractors surprisingly showed up at his house early in the morning.

“Somehow, somebody gave his address out and sent a bunch of contractors to his house early in the morning to wake him up,” Glazer said on Fox NFL Sunday in 2023.

Campbell didn’t open up on the report.

It was also reported by Fox 2 Detroit that the annoyance continued after the Lions’ loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship, causing the Campbells to file a police report.

And the same report added that the Campbell family has moved into their new home.

Campbell’s old home was a “7,800-square-foot Cape Cod-style mansion,” per Crain’s Detroit.

The house was initially built by Detroit Red Wings legend Igor Larionov who is also an NHL Hall of Famer.

The outlet also revealed that the Campbells listed the house for $4.5 million and had a pending sale within 24 hours.

And the buyers are huge Lions fans.

Campbell’s future in Detroit should be secure as he signed a contract extension during the offseason that will keep him with the Lions through the 2027 season.

He turned Detroit into a Super Bowl contender since taking over as head coach in 2021.

Campbell went from coaching the Lions to a 3-13-1 record in his first season to 9-8 in 2022 and 12-5 and a playoff appearance last season.

Detroit was one win away from reaching the Super Bowl before losing 34-31 to the 49ers in the NFC Championship game.

The Lions are currently 1-1 after losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 2.

They beat the Los Angeles Rams in their home season opener in a rematch of last year’s victory in the Divisional Round.

Detroit will host the Arizona Cardinals in Week 2.
