With AMC’s long-running hit zombie series coming to an end after 11 seasons, fans of The Walking Dead can snap up one of three homes located in the show’s fictional Alexandria Safe-Zone. Fox5 Atlanta was given exclusive access behind Senoia’s zombie wall, revealing that AMC built actual custom homes as sets with plans to sell them when filming finished. “Eight years ago, it was an actual neighborhood under development with residents before The Walking Dead walled it off as a permanent set,” Fox5 Atlanta reported. Vacant lots surrounding the neighbourhood are set to be developed in the coming months. Check out 37 Lower Creek Trail, 25 Lower Creek Trail and 19 Lower Creek Trail.
