The 58 year-old “Iron” man
Mike Tyson is still alive … and headed back to Netflix.
Fortunately, the geriatric pugilist will not be competing (yet). Tyson will, however, bare his soul for a special three-part documentary on his life both inside and outside the ring. The former heavyweight champ is expected to reveal all the dirt from his darkest days, which include a period of incarceration, financial struggles, substance abuse, and in-ring controversies, among other well-documented incidents.
Like this.
The Tyson documentary will be directed by Floyd Russ.
Tyson is not far removed from his record-breaking boxing match against social media star Jake Paul, a bout that came with its fair share of controversy (and embarrassing streaming issues). No word yet on the exact release date for the unflinching look at the power-punching “Iron” man, but second half of 2025 is likely a safe bet. As for Paul, it appears he’s using his Tyson victory to declare war on the world of professional boxing.
Goodbye Tyson … hello Canelo?
