While the performance took place outside The Voice competition, it’s easy to imagine that his coach, Michael Bublé, would be proud of the way Sofronio made the song his own. Sofronio’s silky smooth voice, combined with his unique style, showcased his remarkable vocal skill and left a lasting impression.

Before his journey in music took off, Sofronio’s path was anything but typical. A former dental student from Mindanao, Sofronio rediscovered his passion for singing after a life-changing event—the passing of his father in 2022. Moving to Utica, New York, he continued working as a dental assistant while pursuing his music dreams.
