In practice this week two key anchors of the Eagles’ offensive line went down with injuries.

First offensive lineman Mekhi Becton was seen limping off the field after suffering what looked to be a right leg injury.

Becton was the favorite to start at right guard for the Eagles in Week 1 of the season.

He has been in the NFL for four seasons, but has struggled with injuries in his career.

Becton missed the entire 2022 season with a knee injury.

After the Becton injury, another key member of the Eagles line went down in Landon Dickerson.

Dickerson is entering his fourth year in the league and has started every game he played with the Eagles.

Eagles fans were left baffled by the sudden injuries, and shared their thoughts on social media.

“I haven’t heard a single positive thing come from this practice,” one fan said.

“Just put them in bubble wrap for two weeks already,” another fan said.

“You’ve gotta be kidding me bro,” a third fan said.

“Ngl we might have recruit Jason Kelce if the o-line keep struggling,” a fourth fan said.

The Eagles are coming off a 11-6 season in which they lost early in the playoffs.

They are going to need strong offensive line play to get over the hump and return to the Super Bowl, especially with new running back Saquon Barkley in the backfield.
