After the actor’s close call during a race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on October 5, a source reveals that Grant has given an ultimatum: it’s either his high-speed racing career or their relationship.

Close call on the track for Keanu Reeves leaves Alexandra Grant shaken

Keanu Reeves, 60, narrowly avoided a crash during his professional racing debut, leaving his fiancee Alexandra Grant deeply shaken.

The actor, known for his role in ‘Speed’, was competing when his car spun off the track and into the grass after exiting a turn. Although he emerged unscathed, the incident was enough to prompt a strong reaction from Grant, 54, who has been by his side for five years, reported Radar.

According to insiders, Grant has been supportive of Reeves’ racing hobby in the past, even attending events and cheering him on. However, the recent close call seems to have changed her perspective.

“She’s indulged his racing up to now, even going to the track with him and waving. But this really scared her,” a source close to the couple revealed.

“She told him in no uncertain terms – it’s the race cars or the end of the road for their relationship!”

Alexandra Grant ‘supports’ Keanu Reeves in everything but not this time

Alexandra Grant, who had previously supported Keanu Reeves in his adrenaline-filled pursuits, is reportedly worried for his safety.

“Alexandra loves Keanu deeply and doesn’t want to see anything like that happen to him again,” the insider shared.

“She told him if he tries to get back on the track, she’ll hurt him herself!”

It’s clear that the visual artist is drawing a hard line when it comes to Reeves’ racing, fearing for his life after the near-miss.

Despite the gravity of the situation, a representative for Grant quickly denied reports of an ultimatum.

In a statement, they clarified, “Alexandra supports Keanu in everything he wants to do,” suggesting that any claims of an ultimatum may be exaggerated.

Keanu Reeves is no stranger to dangerous situations. In fact, the actor’s history with life-threatening accidents is well-documented.

When he was just 23, he suffered a serious crash while riding his motorcycle on a twisty road in Los Angeles, which resulted in the removal of his spleen and left a permanent scar on his abdomen.

He is also known for his dare-devil stunts in movies like’John Wick’ and ‘Matrix’. With such a past, it’s easy to understand Grant’s deep concerns for his safety.

Reeves and Grant have been in a relationship since at least 2019, but they were friends for several years before that.
