THE Minnesota Vikings have Julian Edelman believing in ghosts.
After the resurgence of Sam Darnold in the NFL, Edelman has admitted he believes in the supernatural.

Sam Darnold is off to a stellar start as the quarterback of the Vikings this season.
Ahead of Week 3, the Vikings were 2-0 and already upset a major opponent in the 49ers.
Edelman took notice of this on Fox NFL Kickoff and made sure to shout out Darnold for turning things around in his career.
“I like the Texans, but you gotta tip your cap to Kevin O’Connell, the quarterback whisperer,” Edelman said.
“He’s making a guy that literally saw ghosts on the field have a passer rating of 111 through two games in Sam Darnold.”
Edelman is referencing a game early in Darnold’s career against the Patriots where he had a horrible day throwing the ball.
He was mic’d up on the sideline during the 2019 game when it caught him saying “I’m seeing ghosts,” after going down 24-0 at halftime against the Patriots.
In that game he threw for just 86 yards with four interceptions as the Jets lost 33-0.
Darnold has found a way to turn his career around though, and after another upset win on Sunday he has the Vikings at 3-0 on the season.
He is one of the most productive quarterbacks this season, throwing for 657 yards with eight touchdowns and just two interceptions through three games.

“It’s been incredible to watch,” Edelman continued.
“You know, congrats on Sam Darnold for finding something.”
Edelman’s comment about Darnold seeing ghosts had Charles Woodson ready to poke some fun at him at the end of the segment.
“Do you believe in ghosts?” Woodson asked.
Edelman was quick to fire back, roasting Woodson for the suit he was wearing on the show.

“I do believe in ghosts after looking at that fuchsia,” Edelman replied.
“It got me.”
Darnold will continue his comeback tour next week with a divisional game against the 2-1 Packers.
The Packers and Vikings appear to be the frontrunners to win the division with both the Bears and Lions looking weaker than expected.
