On Wednesday, Harbaugh took part in a press conference.

A question revolved around one of the 60-year-old’s fellow coaches.

And Harbaugh gave a stunning answer, referencing a biblical figure to make his point across.

“He’s just a great coach,” Harbaugh said. “I mean, one of the best I’ve ever been around. Like Moses, I’m gonna die leaning on my staff,” the 2023-24 Michigan Wolverines national champion head coach said.

“[Offensive coordinator] Greg Roman, [defensive coordinator] Jesse Minter, [special teams coordinator] Ryan Ficken, those coordinators are — in my opinion — some of the best in the business.”

Harbaugh is known for his energy, but also his extraordinary ways of expressing himself to the media.

And fans sent their praise to Harbaugh for his Moses quote.

“Love this!” one wrote.

“A real bar!” another added.

“Jim Harbaugh’s belief in his staff is biblical,” a third added.

“What a quote,” a fourth stated.

The Chargers are coming off a 26-3 win over the measly Carolina Panthers.

Los Angeles will keep their eyes on star quarterback Justin Herbert, who missed Wednesday’s practice due to an ankle issue.

Fortunately, Harbaugh did reveal before practice that Herbert is “feeling much better” and doesn’t seem to be concerned with the Pro Bowler’s status for Sunday’s game.

The Mike Tomlin-led squad will be starting Justin Fields for the third straight game.

Russell Wilson has a calf injury and continues to be limited in practice.

Pittsburgh is coming off wins against the Atlanta Falcons and Denver Broncos.

The matchup between the Chargers and Steelers will take place at 1:00 pm Eastern.
