After almost two decades of hit after hit, Luke Bryan has officially hit a career low in the music industry.

While he made fans emotional with a live performance earlier this year, the Play It Again singer is receiving a lot of backlash lately. After shading Beyonce for her CMAs snub, he gained a lot of criticism. Followers seem to be holding a grudge as they have flooded Reddit saying Bryan is “two-faced” after he spoke about the latest season of American Idol on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon.

Since 2007 when he released his debut album I’ll Stay Me, Bryan has kept a consistent spot at the top of the charts. He has had 31 singles that have hit #1 on country radio and achieved over $11.5 million in album sales. However, his super stardom is over according to his eighth album, Mind Of A Country Boy, which was released in September of 2024.

For the first time in his career, the singer debuted at #51 on the Billboard Top 200 albums chart, marking the worst place he’s ever been on the list.

On the country charts, he also hit another low at #11 when every record has been in the first or second spot. Currently, Bryan is sitting at #22 on the iTunes Country Album charts, below lesser-known artists like Zach Top, Ella Langley, and Billy Strings.
