Johnny Depp may want to surprise his fans with his new look. It has been reported that the “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” actor is currently “mapping out” a body transformation after getting a stunning dental makeover.

On Sunday, September 22, the 61-year-old actor’s plans to change his appearance were revealed. A source spilled that fixing “his once-rotting teeth back up to pearly-white perfection” was “just the beginning of a total body rebuilding process.”

Speaking to InTouch, the source said, “He had no choice, his teeth were rotten to the bone and his breath reeked, and it was either veneers or risk some serious health problems, like infection and maybe even heart disease.” The source confirmed, “It was a result of all those years of letting himself go. Now he’s done the dental work, and he can smile with confidence. His choppers gleam.”

The insider went on to share, “This is the start of better things ahead. He’s become hyper aware of how certain parts of his body are falling apart and now he’s mapping out a health plan.” The insider continued, “He wants to build up muscle too and maybe some nip/tucks and why not?”

“He’s finally going to do something about that pot belly, not to mention investing in some beauty rituals to polish his skin and hair and general appearance,” the insider further explained. About the support that he has received from his closest ones, the insider stated, “People around him are saying it’s about time.”

The revelation came after Johnny flashed a pearly new smile, sparking speculation that he has had dental work done. In an Instagram video that recently circulated online, the “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl” star was seen socializing while on vacation in the Bahamas. He interacted with locals and staff members, frequently grinning for those filming him.

Prior to the dental transformation, Johnny’s “rotting” teeth drew attention at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival. Social media was flooded with unflattering comments, with one user calling his teeth “literally ROTTING,” while another suggested they had been “painted black.”
