Well, that’s what happens when you try to cross Homelander. Hmm… who is one of the main characters of the show who suddenly joined the good guys’ side and is getting a lot of screen time lately? Well, our ‘train’ of thought ends here.

A-Train Is One of the Good Guys Now?

Apologies for the train pun but the character of A-Train wasn’t so ‘good’ to begin with. Although his character arc is one of the best that the series has produced, A-Train is on the run to have meaning to his life.

With 3 seasons being one of the bad guys and a sudden redemption in the fourth season, things are getting suspicious (and not like when you’re an imposter in Among Us).

So, without further ado, let’s dive right into the theories and speculation surrounding A-Train.

Now that Billy Butcher has given you a spoiler warning, we are presuming that you have seen The Boys Season 4, Episode 6. There is little doubt that A-Train has been getting quite a lot more screen time than before.

We all know that good guys do not survive in The Boys and here’s why A-Train might end up getting killed by Antony Starr’s psychotic character Homelander in the coming episodes.

To give you a little bit of context, MM has a heart attack and Kimiko asks A-Train for help. Refusing at first, A-Train gets convinced when Kimiko asks for his help for MM’s daughter’s sake.

When A-Train reaches the hospital, a random kid sees A-Train and smiles at him in awe and wonder. In response, A-Train gets emotional, smiles, and runs away before anyone can see him. A pretty wholesome moment, sure, but in The Boys‘ universe, it’s generally not a good sign.

A-Train Might Just Get Derailed

It was during the beginning of The Boys when A-Train’s heart stopped and he collapsed while trying to fight Starlight. Well, rushing to the hospital, A-Train’s condition steadied and soon, his heart was replaced with that of Blue Hawk.

However, throughout the four seasons, it has been often shown that A-Train’s abilities are getting weaker. The family drama that the character goes through in Season 4 of the show is just another testament to how more attention has been given to A-Train’s story.

With the character now being a mole in The Seven, the time might soon arrive when A-Train will be dead. Most of the predictions state that it would be Antony Starr’s Homelander who would kill him for being the mole, and his death might not be pretty.

So, to recap, A-Train is getting more than usual screen time, an emotional story about family drama has been depicted, and, A-Train getting happy for one single moment is shown. That concludes the checklist for a character about to die.

However, not so quick to judge, but A-Train could actually live. Since, nothing can be confirmed or denied at the moment, and all of this remains mere speculation.

The Boys is available to stream on Prime Video in the U.S.
