On Friday, Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Scott revealed the gender of her first baby with her husband Evan McClintock. The couple revealed that they’re expecting a baby boy on the latest episode of her podcast Just A Little Shady.

To announce the happy news, Hailie and Evan popped a balloon filled with blue confetti. “It’s a boy!” the couple happily exclaimed. Hailie, a podcaster and influencer, joked that Evan is already planning fun activities for their future son. “They’re going to hunt with me, go golfing with me—I’ve got a little buddy,” Evan said. Hailie humorously added, “Well, they’re still going to Target with me!”

Just a few days earlier, Eminem, 51, released a heartfelt music video for his song Temporary. The video featured several archival videos of Hailie growing up and ended with an emotional moment of her revealing her pregnancy to her dad.

Hailie handed Eminem a blue jersey with “Grandpa” and the number 1 printed on it, along with a sonogram image. Eminem teared up at the exciting news.

On October 4, Hailie also shared photos on Instagram, confirming that she and McClintock are expecting their first kid together. She captioned the post, “Mom & dad est. 2025.”

In May this year, Hailie Jade tied the knot with her longtime partner, whom she met in 2016. While announcing the happy news on Instagram, she wrote, “Waking up a wife this week. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend celebration. So so many happy tears were shed, laughs & smiles were had, & so much love was felt. Evan and I are feeling so grateful for all of the family & friends that travelled to support us and be a part of this new chapter of our lives as husband & wife.”

Hailie later shared funny details about keeping her pregnancy a secret at her May wedding. Her co-host and best friend Brittany Ednie helped cover for her by pretending to drink on her behalf, so guests wouldn’t suspect anything. “Brittany was taking one for the team,” Hailie laughed.
