Interestingly, Gabriel is then seen hanging out with a new woman – Genevieve, Emily’s new American counterpart. As Emily and Mindy pass by Gabriel’s restaurant, they notice him enjoying a late night conversation with Genevieve inside the restaurant.

Meanwhile, Emily is sent to Rome to seduce a potential new business partner, a handsome Italian named Marcello. The trip offers Emily an escape from her busy life in the City of Lights. “I really needed it,” she says. “What did you need?” Marcello asks. “A break from work, from Paris, from everything,” she answers wistfully.

With so many exciting twists on the horizon, and with the intriguing new look of Lily Collins, it looks like the new season of “Emily in Paris” is going to be more fascinating than ever. Will the move to Rome bring new novels? Will Emily find her place in the Italian fashion world? And what does her new haircut mean?
