The post featured lyrics to Cardi B’s song “Enough (Miami),” which included a mention of Bryant. Although Vanessa didn’t explicitly mention Kobe in her post, fans were quick to connect the dots.

In a since-deleted story, Cardi reportedly said she was honored that her music was associated with Kobe’s memory. She wrote, “Ommmmmggggggg I’m gaggin…this made me soooo happy. I’m glad Mrs. Big Bryant like the line.”

She said, “I don’t know what’s been going on with me lately but I’ve been emotional. A lot of things been making me tear, especially on social media lately has been making me cry a lot. With the Kobe Bryant passing, I see a post, I just start tearing.“

Clearly, the mother of 2 was hurt by Kobe’s passing, as most of the world was. Her getting a stamp of approval from Vanessa Bryant must have made her jump with joy.
