In that scenario, Alfie’s story in Emily in Paris might have come to an end following the shocking season 3 finale. That being said, Alfie deserves a better ending.

Having been part of Emily in Paris’ cast since season 2, Lucien Laviscount played an essential character in Emily’s story and could indeed return for Emily in Paris season 4. Emily did not get the chance to tell her side of the story at Gabriel and Camille’s wedding, meaning that Emily and Alfie might have another conversation during Emily in Paris season 4. Emily and Alfie will likely not get back together, though, as Alfie’s previous relationships suggest that he will not risk being at the center of a love triangle. There is also the possibility that Emily and Alfie become friends after everything settles down.
