“It’s a very difficult position for Eugenie because she has also been invited to Sandringham”
Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s daughter Princess Eugenie has made her first public appearance after she skipped Princess of Wales Kate Middleton’s annual Christmas carol service last Friday.
Eugenie was seen for the first time since skipping the concert as she joined forces with Zara Tindall.
She was noticeably absent from the Together At Christmas carol service held at Westminster Abbey last week where the future queen was joined by Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
According to a report by the GB News, Eugenie stepped out on Wednesday with her cousin Zara for a Christmas lunch in Chelsea.
This is also Eugenie’s first appearance amid reports she has been invited by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to join them in California for Christmas.
Recently, the insider told the Daily Express: “Harry and Meghan have invited Eugenie and Jack to join them in California during the holidays.
“It’s a very difficult position for Eugenie because she has also been invited to Sandringham.”
The royal source said: “Eugenie is in a difficult position because she’s always been close to Harry, but she is mindful of how that relationship could affect her standing with the rest of her family.”
