Outer Banks is finally letting Rafe Cameron redeem himself with the Pogues after three seasons of being a thorn in their side. Season 4 of the Netflix treasure hunting show Outer Banks follows its main characters, the Pogues as they search for the notorious pirate Blackbeard’s treasure, the Blue Crown, while racing against Chandler Groff and a vicious group of treasure hunters called the Lupine Corsairs.
