Darren Till has turned to Tommy Fury’s former rival Anthony Taylor after TNT pulled out of their scheduled boxing bout.
The ex-UFC star was set to make his MisFits Boxing debut against the unbeaten Mancunian at the Co-Op Live Arena in Manchester on January 18.

However Tommy – brother of former unified heavyweight champion Tyson – decided to withdraw from the fight earlier this month.
The 25-year-old cited Till’s press conference threat to kick and take him down in their proposed scrap as the reason for him walking away from the contest.
Till subsequently insisted he was simply talking to promote the fight, and viciously slammed his planned opponent.
Fury has since labelled Till as ‘stupid’ and a ‘man with no brain cells’ – stressing he would never trade blows with the Liverpudlian in the future.
Instead, Till will now be lacing up his gloves against former MMA star Anthony Taylor on January 18.
Their eight-round heavyweight meeting will serve as the main event at Misfits X Series 20.
Taylor boasts three wins and as many defeats in the paid ranks in boxing since swapping sports.
He is best known for his fight with Fury in August 2021, where he lost on a unanimous points decision.
But he has impressed under the Misfits banner – notably knocking out Anderson Silva’s son Gabriel and Karate Combat star Samuel Ericsson in August within three weeks of one another.
As for Till, his only boxing experience came in the form of an exhibition event in July against Mohammad Mutie where he won via a second round TKO.

The match-up between the two men shouldn’t come as a surprise to fans, with Taylor calling out Till following his victory over Silva.
He said in his post-fight interview: “Darren Till, I know you watching. Hey, if you see this message, bring it.”
Till was quick to reply, first congratulating Taylor, before welcoming a meeting.
The 32-year-old remarked in a video on X: “This is a message to Anthony Taylor. I don’t usually do this s***.
“But I’ve seen you call me out the weekend, well done on your victory, I will fight you anywhere right now, whatever event Misfits wants to put on.
“If you wanna do it in my city and you wanna try knock me out in Liverpool, then we will do it here at any weight, whatever date.”
