Jake Paul and ‘Iron Mike’ Tyson love their cars, but in a historic comparison, there’s a clear winner.
Mike Tyson, or “Iron Mike” as his fans know him, earned his first heavyweight world title in 1986. As such, he’s been a famous, well-to-do car collector for years. That’s 11 years before Jake Paul, the other half of Tyson’s soon-to-be internet-breaking fight, was born. However, if their upcoming fight were a car matchup, Iron Mike would have Paul on the ropes. It’s hard to top a one-of-seven Lamborghini Diablo.
Mike Tyson’s car collection is an intergenerational testament to a long-time car collector
With the July boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul set, fight fans are buzzing about the attention-grabbing event. However, both fighters are also collectors. However, while Paul’s collection includes some fabulous new rides, Tyson’s garage has hosted some gems from his long career. These are just a few of the classics and supercars that Tyson has owned over the years.

Like any car enthusiast, Tyson had something of a dream car. As for Iron Mike, his affinity for the Lamborghini Diablo is all too apparent. Sure, Iron Mike bought a Diablo VT, but his first example was none other than a Super Diablo Twin Turbo. It’s a mouthful, but it’s also worth the extra verbiage. The Super Diablo Twin Turbo was one of just seven examples.
On the other hand, Jake Paul keeps his collection a bit more homogenous than Iron Mike’s garage. By that, of course, we mean you won’t find many classics in the YouTuber’s collection. However, that doesn’t mean Paul hasn’t thoughtfully spent his car budget. These are just a few of the cars in Paul’s repertoire.

According to The U.S. Sun, one of Jake Paul’s first purchases after making a name for himself was his Blu Cepheus Lamborghini Huracán Performante. We certainly can’t fault him for that. Nor can we knock his Ferrari 296 GTB. However, Paul would almost certainly fall in love with a well-kept classic supercar or restomod muscle car. A little variety might go a long way to match some of Iron Mike’s historic rides.

It should be said that financial issues forced Mike Tyson to auction off many of his beloved cars. Among the casualties, his Ferrari F50 went up for auction in 2022, per Business Insider.
