In case you’ve yet to see it, the Prince and Princess of Wales’s card features a heartwarming photo of the royal couple and their three children, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6. The family of five are all smiles as they embrace while sitting outdoors, and in a fun twist, there’s animated snow and twinkling lights. The card reads, “Wishing you a very happy Christmas and New Year.”
If the image looks familiar, it’s because the snap was taken from a video filmed by Will Warr in August. The footage was shared when the princess announced her completion of chemotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer.
In the comments, one fan wrote, “Merry Christmas to this beautiful family. It’s been a rough 2024 but you’ve made it through together. 2025 will be full of health and joy. We love you all!” Another said, “A beautiful card that marks an important moment for the family. Merry Christmas.”
The card was unveiled just two weeks after Middleton attended the annual Together at Christmas Concert with her family, where she was all smiles again. Although it’s been quite the year for the royal—from her surprise abdominal surgery to her cancer diagnosis—it’s encouraging to see that the princess is embracing the holiday spirit.
Wishing you the happiest Christmas, Kate.
