“Everyone, please say hello to Chul-su” First teaser Squid Game part 3 reveals new a-s-s-a-s-s-i-n doll

If that Season 2 finale of Squid Game left viewers wanting more, they can rest easy knowing that round three is just around the corner.

After the highly-streamed sophomore season of the Korean drama dropped last Thursday, Netflix graced fans with the first teaser for Season 3 on New Year’s Day, featuring a creepy new character.

“Everyone say hi to Chul-su,” the streamer shared with the teaser. “Squid Game 3 coming 2025.”

The 15-second clip shows three new players in their numbered tracksuits, entering an arena where the giant ‘Red Light, Green Light’ doll Young-hee’s back is turned. After showing her face at a railroad crossing, a boy doll is revealed on the other side of the tracks, looking back at her.

Squid Game‘s highly anticipated seven-episode second season, which launched on Dec. 26, raked in 68M views in its first three days on the streamer. It was No. 1 on the weekly non-English TV list in 92 countries, Netflix said. That made it not only the most-watched series of the week, but the best performing title overall.

Season 2 of Squid Game, now available to stream on Netflix, sees Lee Jung-jae‘s Seong Gi-hun return to the titular life-and-death game with a plan to bring it down from the inside after winning a fortune in Season 1, which he spent on tracking down the shady enterprise behind the game.

Even before the second season of Netflix’s most successful series premiered, the streamer announced that a third and final season is already in the works and will release in 2025.
