He added, “This conflict fueled their rivalry, particularly given Emily’s assertive attitude. However, after their recent encounters, Julien seems to have accepted Emily’s talent, realizing that her success can benefit him as well.”

As Julien, Luc (Bruno Gouery), and Sylvie return to Paris, the dynamics shift further. Arnold suggested that this change might give Julien the opportunity to step into the spotlight. “With Emily absent, it’s plausible that Julien would seize the chance to assert himself more,” he noted, as quoted in a report by TV Insider. However, he acknowledged that the show’s writers often surprise him with unexpected plot twists.
