Kelce was spotted in filming earlier this year as he launched his new acting career.

Fans had to wait two episodes before finally seeing the Kansas City Chiefs star on screen.

The 34-year-old starred as a character called Ed Lachlan.

Ed is a recovering cocaine addict and ex-cruise ship dancer.

He now works at a hospital and becomes friends with Niecy Nash-Betts’ character detective Lois Tryon.

Tryon was lighting a cigarette outside the hospital where her husband was in a coma when she ran into Kelce’s character Ed.

He began sweet-talking her and then the detective pulled out a flask and started drinking.

She then started driving, despite Ed’s warning, and crashed her car into a pole.

The detective then woke up in hospital with Ed serving as her nurse.

The pair then sneaked out of the hospital against doctor’s orders and held hands as they got into his convertible car.

In the next episode, Ed opened up on his history as a male stripper and how he hit rock bottom.

“I worked at a male strip joint,” he said.

“Jiggling it for horny momma’s coming off of cruise ships.

“I rocked the banana hammock with the name Big Peter, and his banana split.”

Kelce’s acting debut was a hit with fans as they praised his on-screen skills.

Travis Kelce The Actor

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end plans to become a “heavyweight” figure in music and entertainment.

Kelce has seen his star power rise after going public with his girlfriend Taylor Swift last summer.

Kelce will appear in the show alongside Niecy Nash-Betts, Courtney B. Vance, and Lesley Manville.

In August, Adam Sandler confirmed Travis will make a cameo in his upcoming Happy Gilmore sequel.

Last year, Kelce made his debut as a host of Saturday Night Live.

He discussed playing in the Super Bowl against his brother Jason, and his 2016 reality dating show ‘Catching Kelce’.

“This man can act,” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Travis Kelce is doing quite well in his new acting role – he looks good too,” another said.

While a third posted, “Travis Kelce you are so sexy.”

The U.S. Sun revealed how a member of Kelce’s team visited the Venice Film Festival in Italy this summer.

Kelce wants to be an international movie star, a source confirmed.

He is already lined up to appear in Happy Gilmore 2 as he cashes in on his newfound fame since his Taylor Swift relationship.

On the field, the 34-year-old is targeting a third straight Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs.
