The lyrical genius just released a new album in July titled The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), and several of the songs apparently mention Diddy and his alleged crimes. As the lyrics went viral recently, fans went on to praise Eminem for his genius.
Eminem Apparently Tried to Expose Diddy via His Lyrics
The music mogul, rapper, and music producer, Diddy was recently arrested by the federal authorities on various charges that include s*x trafficking, racketeering, fraud or coercion, and more. Although the rapper has maintained innocence, the lawsuit seems to be a long time coming given the history of controversy the rapper has been sitting on (see Rolling Stone).
And apparently, one person who got a whiff of what was coming is none other than the rapper Eminem. In his recent 12th studio album, released in July, the rapper went on to subtly throw shade at the music mogul whole, also allegedly trying to warn everyone of his alleged wrongdoings.
Although it is not the first time he has taken Diddy’s name in his songs, his 2018 track Killshot, a diss track for Machine Gun Kelly, too has the lyrics— But, Kells, the day you put out a hit’s the day Diddy admits that he put the hit out that got Pac killed, ah! And I’m just playin’, Diddy, you know I love you. However, it is his album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), where things went serious.
In his song Fuel, the rapper raps — I’m like a R-A-P-E-R (yeah), Got so many S-As (S-As), S-As (huh), Wait, he didn’t just spell the word, ‘Rapper’ and leave out a P, did he? (Yep)— intentionally leaving out a ‘P’ from the word ‘rapper’ and the acronym ‘SA’ referring to s*xual assault.
In another song, Antichrist, from the same album Eminem raps— Next idiot ask me is gettin’ his ass beat worse than Diddy did. But on the real, though, she prolly ran out the room with his f***in’ dildo. But he wasn’t done just yet for in yet another song Bad One, he takes another dig at Combs by rapping— The f***ing bomb with the Puffy on.

Eminem has never held back when comes to dissing other celebrities or making jabbing remarks. And in his latest album too, he seems to be making more than a few digs at Diddy. Although the music mogul has not been charged with r*pe or s*xual assault in the federal case against him, the previous charges and allegations brought against him do mention the heinous crimes (via Rolling Stone).
After Diddy was arrested, Eminem’s songs released back in July resurfaced on the internet, with several social media users convinced that the Venom hitmaker was trying to warn everyone of what was coming for Combs. One video on Instagram went viral claiming that, this is what fans had to say about it all:While fans continue to speculate and decode the lyrics, Eminem himself hasn’t spoken up yet. As more and more information about Diddy continues to be uncovered, only time will tell how messier it will get in the future and what more will be revealed about the infamous rapper.
The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce) is available to be streamed on Spotify.
