Nicki Minaj is true to her surname – Petty!

On Tuesday (Oct. 1), LØCI shared an ad featuring Megan Thee Stallion’s ex-best friend Kelsey Harris, modeling Nicki Minaj’s new “Press Play” colorway from her sneaker line. In one photo, Kelsey can be seen sitting on top of an oil drum in a subway as a train approaches. In another ad, she poses on a lowrider bike as a train speeds by.

“Have y’all checked out the @locibynickiminaj shoe line?” Kelsey captioned her latest gig on her Instagram. “Now available at @dtlrofficial & @shoepalace. I’m wearing the ‘ Press Play ‘ shoe. This brand is eco friendly & constantly working to protecting future generations to come.”

Nicki teamed up with the “urban-lux” vegan sneaker and apparel brand in April, which includes 11 custom pairs. According to the brand’s website, “Minaj has meticulously curated a collection that blends street-cool aesthetics with high-fashion chic,” along with her “bold and vibrant style.”

It’s no secret that Harris was a key factor in the shooting case of Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion – who later became a rival of Minaj. Social media quickly reacted to Harris’ appearance with the LØCI brand with mixed views.

“Now that’s petty,” one person commented under the ad, as another said, “This is diabolical.” A third person wrote, “All this fake energy is so whack lol. Imagine linking up bc yall don’t like someone. That must be a powerful person.”

Megan and Nicki fell out publicly earlier this year when the Houston Hottie released “Hiss” where she seemingly sent a shot at the Queens icon and her husband.

“These h*es don’t be mad at Megan, these hoes mad at Megan’s Law/ I don’t really know what the problem is, but I guarantee y’all don’t want me to start,” she rapped. Megan’s Law is a federal law in the United States that requires law enforcement authorities to make information available to the public regarding registered sex offenders. Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty, is registered as a sex offender.

Minaj responded to Meg with her diss track, “Big Foot” where she alleged that the “Savage” rapper slept with her deceased mother’s boyfriend and lied being shot by Tory Lanez.

Nicki also responded to Meg’s “Megan’s Law” dig with: This lil’ beggin’ wh*re talkin’ ’bout Megan’s law/ For a free beat, you could hit Megan raw/ If you a ghostwriter, Pardi in Megan jaw/ Shots thrown, but I still ain’t let Megan score/ Bad bi**h, she like six foot, I call her Big Foot/ The bi**h fell off, I said, ‘Get up on your good foot.’”

She continued: “Still ain’t topped ‘Red Ruby’/Tryna steal the sauce, I said, ‘Get up out my cook book’/ But really, I’m a sweetie pie/ P-R-T-T-Y, but I’m P-E-T-T-Y/ Um, why did you lie about your lypo?/ F**kin’ your best friend man is crazy, you the type, though/ You was lyin’ to the Queen, then you went lyin’ to the King, Gayle/ That 30-year-old tea, so stale/ Kylie kicked you out and made you stumble to the car/ Barbz, I need a good alcohol bar.”
