FORMER NFL star Gosder Cherilus has been accused of urinating on an elderly woman for 20 seconds during a Delta flight.

Cherilus, 40, was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning after allegedly causing his plane, headed to Dublin, Ireland, to divert back to Boston, Massachusetts.

The subsequent police report claims that the former offensive tackle, who played in the NFL for eight seasons, appeared drunk as he arrived at Logan Airport before boarding.

It’s then alleged that, an hour into the flight, Cherilus exposed himself to an elderly woman.

He is then claimed to have emptied “his entire bladder for approximately 20 seconds.”

Following the alleged incident, aircrew reportedly contacted the ground and requested State Police assistance at 2am ET.

When the plane subsequently landed at Logan Airport, cops boarded and ordered Cherilus off.

As per the MailOnline, Cherilus was allegedly unwilling to leave and was then forced off by State Police troopers before being arrested.

“Troopers verbally commanded Cherilus to leave the plane, but he became irate and uncooperative,” the State Police said.

“Eventually, Troopers escorted Cherilus to the jet bridge and placed him under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Disturbing a Flight Crew.”

Cherilus has since released a statement on social media.

“I’d like to address the media reports about me that surfaced today regarding a situation that occurred onboard a flight to Ireland this past weekend,” he wrote on X.

“The flight was unexpectedly delayed for approximately four hours, and it did not take off until 12:30am.

“In preparation for the unexpected overnight flight, I took a sleeping medication that I don’t usually use, which resulted in behavior that is not representative of my character.

“And I would like to apologize to the passengers and flight crew.”

Cherilus was arraigned at East Boston Municipal Court yesterday.

‘WE APOLOGIZE’

As per The New York Post, a Delta spokesperson apologized to customers that were onboard the flight.

“Delta has zero tolerance for unlawful behavior and will cooperate with law enforcement to that end,” the statement said.

“We apologize to our customers for the delay in their travel.”

The remaining passengers were moved onto a new flight, which left on Sunday night.

After being picked 17th overall in the 2008 NFL Draft, Cherilus played for the Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He announced his retirement in 2017, and has since worked in real estate.
