She’s certainly making waves in Paris.
Fresh off her victory at the WNBA All-Star game earlier this month, rising women’s basketball star Angel Reese is currently spending time in Paris for the 2024 Summer Olympic Games. And although the 22-year-old isn’t competing with Team USA, she’s still managed to become the center of attention with some steamy bikini photos.
In back-to-back Instagram stories posted on Sunday, Reese, who just made her WNBA debut with the Chicago Sky on May 15, appeared in a barely-there, Barbie-pink bikini with a white starfish detail in the middle while swimming in an outdoor pool. In another snap, the six-foot-three power forward posed in a full-length mirror image. “Legzzzzzz,” she captioned the second photo.
Although the Instagram stories were set to expire on Monday, the photos made their way to X, formerly Twitter, where they will ostensibly live on in posterity.
Reese also posted video of her fit to TikTok, which triggered a flurry of adoring comments from admirers. “Angel Reese you always looking so fantastic,” wrote one user, while others speculated about rumors that Reese is dating Kevin Durant. “KD can’t win in the playoffs lately but he got play,” quipped another user.
According to the New York Post, the bikini retails for $282 from Revolve, the beauty and clothing brand which Reese previously partnered with to dress her during her WNBA rookie season. The so-called “Bayou Barbie” likewise signed a lucrative name, image, and likeness (NIL) deal with Reebok in October 2023 under Shaquille O’Neal, the brand’s new president of basketball.
