Latto just made her latest move
Remember back in January when Ice Spice released “Think U the S*** (Fart),” which had fans thinking it was a diss track directed at Latto? Well, turns out it was, and Latto just made her latest move.
For more context and background on Ice Spice’s first move — click HERE. But basically she released a song that many believed to be pointing the finger at Latto. Which Ice eventually confirmed to be correct.
Now for info that we didn’t know then, but we do know now. Apparently, Ice had some thoughts about a TikTok Latto posted to promote the track “Sunday Service” while her “Pretty Girl” music video played in the background. “Seeing that I’m in the back of your weak-ass snippet,” the Bronx rapper said. “So I was like, ‘Wait a second — that’s me?’ So I’m like, ‘Okay, since we’re talking about me, let’s talk about me.” And so the beef began.
While “Sunday Service” wasn’t originally aimed at the Bronx rapper, Latto shot the song’s music video in Ice Spice’s old neighborhood and added the lyrics, “Think I’m the s***, b****?/ I know it, ho/ Jesus walked on water, I got Ice boilin’ though.”
And now, six months after Ice’s dropped “Think U the S*** (Fart),” Latto’s latest post is reigniting the feud.
To celebrate headlining Atlanta’s Birthday Bash summer concert, Latto’s friends presented her with a cake in the shape of the poop emoji with the message that read, “Holy S***, You’re Headlining” displayed underneath, which Latto tweeted a picture of with the caption, “Think I’m the s*** , b**** ?????,” a direct call out to her Ice Spice-directed “Sunday Service” lyrics mentioned above.
While we genuinely hope for this beef that began with nothing and turned into something, turns itself back into nothing, the odds of that are slim, and the next move is on Ice. So, stay tuned, we’ll keep you posted.
