Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not been back in the United Kingdom for the festive season since the royal family’s gathering at Sandrigham in the year 2018. However, latest reports suggest that they have now received an invitation to spend the Christmas at Althorp House. Althorp House is the childhood home of his late mother, Princess Diana, as per a report.

Late Princess Diana’s younger brother Charles Spencer has invited Harry, Meghan and the children to Althorp this Christmas, New York Post reported quoting Express. Meanwhile, it’s far too early to say whether they will take him up on it, but the offer is there if they want it, as per the latest report.
The Royals from UK stayed silent
According to the Insider, Harry and Meghan are yet to receive an invitation from the royals on the occasion of Christmas this year at Sandringham but it is very unlikely that the couple would accept, based on the trivial family issues, some of which are also public knowledge.
The couple, Harry and Meghan who got married in 2018 but were excluded from the Firm’s annual summer vacation held at Balmoral in Scotland after they ceased their royal life, and began living in the United States, choosing to move away from the ‘Royal’ affairs, and focus on themselves instead.
Harry maintained a close relationship with the Spencer family over the years and met up with Diana’s sister Lady Jane Fellowes and brother Charles in May during the 10th anniversary of his Invictus games in London.
