THE KARDASHIANS have had their fair share of cosmetic procedures over the years, with Kylie Jenner recently
‘face shamed’ for her filler making her look ‘so old’, despite the fact she is only 26.

The biggest transformation of all however, undisputedly goes to the third Kardashian sister Khloe, who now looks completely unrecognisable to how she did 10 years ago.

In earlier seasons of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, a regular theme of the show was the fact that Khloe, who is much taller and has lighter hair, looks nothing like sisters Kim and Kourtney, with the reality star even considering taking a DNA test to see if she is actually related them.

Obsessed with her image, Khloe has gone under a dramatic transformation over the years, with fans commenting that the 39 year-old looks like a different person in every picture that she posts.

In recent Instagram posts, Khloe has been slammed by her followers, with people stating that they don’t even recognise her.

One person said: “Omg, stop with the weekly face changes.

“I’m wondering how your kids recognize you? What a way to make them confused.

“Not one natural thing on her face! Disturbing.”

Another person said: “How many times can a person change their face?”

A third said: “Every post is a different face.”

A fourth said: “Is Khloe in the room with us?”

Despite her incredible transformation, Khloe has only admitted to having one nose job.

Speaking on The Kardashians, she said: “Everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,’ but I’ve had one nose job”.

Fabulous spoke to Mr Ullas Raghavan, a leading facial plastic surgeon at Pall Mall Medical to get the lowdown on what other cosmetic procedures may have contributed to Khloe’s transformation.

He said: “Upon comparing newer images with her earlier photos, it appears that beyond the evident enhancements like Botox injections to the forehead and fillers to the lips, there may have been further procedures undertaken.

“These include buccal fat removal, liposuction, and chin augmentation, achieved through either filler injections, implant placement, or genioplasty (chin surgery).

“Additionally, there seems to be a reduction in the angle of the jaw, which could have been achieved through muscle reduction with Botox injections or through surgical intervention.

“There’s also a possibility of a brow lift, possibly in combination with an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), or solely through the use of Botox injections for a non-invasive approach.”

As well as having cosmetic procedures, many fans have suggested that Khloe’s dramatic weight loss in recent years, could be due to her having lipo-suction, or using the so-called ‘skinny jab’, Ozempic.

Commenting under pictures of the star, one person said: ” “If that ain’t a lipo abdomen, [I don’t know] what”.

Another person said: “Ozempic in full force”.

Khloe has also been slammed for allegedly photoshopping images of herself.

In a recent post, for the star’s Fabletics collection, Khloe posted a picture of herself riding on a Jetski in a swimsuit, and people were less than impressed.

One person said that the photo looked “AI generated”, whilst another, who thought that the image resembled Lindsay Lohan said: “Khloe tryna AI herself as Lohan”.

Khloe isn’t the only Kardashian who has been slated online for allegedly photoshopping her images.

Older sister Kim was recently criticised by fans for photos she posted of herself in a glamourous hotel room in Paris.

In the picture, 5’2 Kim looks incredibly long, and fans took to a Reddit forum to slate her over the images.

One person said: “You don’t look like that”.

Another added: “She looks 6″5”.
