The reality star has always denied plastic surgery but admits to having one procedure
EVEN if you’re a die-hard fan of Kim Kardashian, it can be hard to keep up with her ever-changing appearance.
Since starting out as an assistant to Paris Hilton, the star – now worth an incredible $1.8billion – has overhauled her look and is practically unrecognisable.

The mum-of-four, 43, left fans concerned over the weekend after she was spotted with a “painfully tight” jawline at Paris Fashion Week.
“Love the look with the dress and the hair!! Just wish she wasn’t so stiff with her hands and jaw,” one wrote on a Kardashian fan forum.
“Yes the clenched jaw was the first thing I noticed. Is her jaw clenched?” asked another.
Here, we look at how she has sculpted her face over the years since rising to fame.
Moving hairline
When Kim first hit headlines in 2007, thanks to her infamous sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J, she had a very different hairline.
Before long, it had appeared to move backwards, showing off more of her forehead and opening her face up.
In 2016 she finally addressed what had happened, writing on her website that she’d had them lasered off.
“I lasered my baby hairs off years ago, because my forehead had all these little baby hairs, and I would always break out because of them,” she said.

She went on to tell People: “So in high school, I would wax it off because there was just so much hair, and then I would laser it off a little bit.
“If you Google 2008 or 2007, I had the craziest, hairiest hairline, so I did laser it.”
While she got the desired effect, she does have some regrets and warned fans: “Every photographer would photoshop them out anyway, and I thought I looked better without the baby hairs, but now I miss them.
“I think they look youthful! So ladies, you can always laser your hairline, but I miss mine.”
Puckered up pout

After sorting her hairline, Kim’s eyes travelled south and cosmetic experts reckoned that she plumped up her lips in 2008.
Dr Urso-Baiarda told us: “In earlier pictures, Kim seems to have a naturally full lower lip and her upper lip is about half the height.
“That gradually starts to change so they become a similar height.”
For a while she appeared to leave it alone, but in 2015, they seemed to change shape again.
Experts noted that her cupid bow had become more defined and the natural wrinkles had been smoothed out.
Botox nightmare

While Kim has always denied having plastic surgery, she has explained she is not “totally against” it and has dabbled with Botox.
But she has had a scary experience with the injections back in 2010 when it left her face bruised.
“I had some bruising around my eyes after the procedure, which is totally natural, but because I hadn’t looked into the side effects, I freaked out,” she said on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Her cheeks have appeared more rounded and pronounced over the years, leading some experts to suggest filler use.
However, ahead of the birth of her son, Saint, in 2015, she shot down speculation she had used Botox and fillers while pregnant.
She stated: “Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up.”
Vampire facial

Kim is always happy to try out new techniques to keep her skin in flawless condition.
In 2013, she infamously experimented with a “Vampire facial” otherwise known as a Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) facial for a segment in Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The treatment, which involves injections of your own blood through microneedles, was advertised as a way to make skin tighter and more youthful.
But Kim was not a fan of the procedure, especially as she couldn’t use any of the numbing cream or painkillers advised as she was pregnant.
“It was really rough and painful for me. It was honestly the most painful thing ever! It’s the one treatment that I’ll never do again,” she wrote on her website.
“Even though it wasn’t for me, I know it has so many benefits for your skin,” she said. “Kourtney is a huge fan, and I know a lot of other people that love it, too.”
Slimmed down nose

Kim has often talked of being unhappy with how her nose looks, so when it appeared to change, fans noticed.
In 2012, it looks like her bridge had been slimmed down, sparking speculation she’d had surgery.
However, she denied having rhinoplasty to change the shape, and later revealed she had been using make-up to alter how it looked.
Kim said: “I know everyone thinks I got a nose job, but I really didn’t, it’s all contour.”
The reality star also shared that she pops highlighter on the end of her nose to make it look shorter.
