Prince Harry and Meghan Markle encouraged Americans to get out and vote in the upcoming US presidential election.

In honor of National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday, employees at the couple’s Archewell Foundation wrote personalized letters to “support and empower” unregistered voters.

“Voting is not just a right; it’s a fundamental way to influence the fate of our communities,” a statement shared on their website read.

“At The Archewell Foundation, we recognize that civic engagement, no matter one’s political party, is at the heart of a more just and equitable world,” it continued. “By participating in initiatives like this, we aim to amplify the message that every voice matters.”

The foundation used Vote Forward’s letter-writing tool for guidance and invited others to “join [them] in this important effort.”

“Together, let’s make sure every eligible voter is informed and empowered to participate in shaping America’s future,” the statement concluded.

Archewell also shared several photos of their volunteers hard at work. However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not photographed.

This isn’t the first time the couple has spoken about the importance of voting. Ahead of the 2020 election, Harry, 40, and Markle, 43, shared a similar message during an ABC broadcast special.

“Every four years we are told the same thing, that this is the most important election of our lifetime,” Markle said in the video. “But this one is.”

“When we vote, our values are put into action and our voices are heard. Your voice is a reminder that you matter, because you do and you deserve to be heard.”

Earlier that year, the “Suits” alum also cold-called members of the US electorate and urged them to get out to the polls.

Although the red-headed royal could not vote in the 2020 election, he encouraged Americans to vote in a way that would “reject hate speech, misinformation and online negativity.”

While the couple has been very outspoken about the importance of voting, they have never endorsed a presidential candidate.

However, prior to the last election, Markle spoke out in support of Kamala Harris after she was announced as Joe Biden’s running mate.

At the time, the former actress told Gloria Steinem she was “excited” to see Harris — who is of Jamaican and Indian descent — included on the ballot.

“You know, for me, being biracial, growing up, whether it was a doll or a person in office, you need to see someone who looks like you in some capacity,” she explained.

“As many of us believe, you can only be what you can see. And in the absence of that, how can you aspire to something greater than what you see in your own world? I think maybe now we’re starting to break-through in a different way.”

Fast forward four years and Harris is now set to take on Donald Trump — an outspoken critic of Harry and Markle — in the 2024 election.

While the former royals have not revealed who they are voting for, several other celebrities — such as Taylor Swift, George Clooney, Billie Eilish and more — have endorsed the vice president.
