Kourtney Kardashian Barker is sharing a closer look at her fetal surgery scar.

On this week’s episode of The Kardashians, the mom of four, 45, posed for her maternity shoot while she was pregnant with her fourth baby, son Rocky Thirteen. Kardashian Barker explains in a confessional that her doctor gave her instructions about how long she could shoot for after she had the surgery.

“Today, I am shooting with the Morelli Brothers. My doctors gave me very specific strict orders on how to do this shoot. I’m allowed to shoot for two hours tops and we made sure that it was 10 minutes away from the house and can stop at any time if I’m not feeling up to it,” Kardashian Barker says.

Later in the scene, Kardashian Barker opens up about how different this pregnancy is compared to her other ones.

“The last time I was pregnant was nine years ago, so I was 35. And in this pregnancy, the doctors are more cautious, but I feel exactly the same. I’m an ageless wonder,” the mom of four jokes.

As she poses for her maternity shoot, Kardashian Barker reiterates, “I feel really good but I just have to be super careful. Like I can’t twist. I have a whole list things I can’t do.”

Her husband Travis Barker, 48, then calls in to check on her and the expectant mom explains that Barker has been touring during her third trimester and she hasn’t been able to join him.

“He is waiting for his daddy. We have conversations all the time,” Kardashian Barker says of her and her baby. “‘I love you. Like you’re good. You’re happy, you’re growing in there. You’re healthy, you’re safe.’”

While she’s modeling, Kardashian Barker points out the scar on her stomach from her baby’s fetal surgery.

“I have a scar from my surgery where they went into my amniotic sac so I’m like a fragile little egg,” Kardashian Barker explains.

Eventually, the proud mom “makes it work” and gets as many pictures as she can before she ultimately decides against modeling a third look. When Kardashian Barker sits down, she says she can feel some tightness.

“[It was] about an hour and a half and we did two looks. And then, you know, we talked about doing three and I just said, ‘Let me see how my body’s feeling,’ ” Kardashian Barker explains in a confessional.

“And once I laid down, I just felt like, that’s it. I’m gonna listen to my body. There’s no reason to push this. Obviously, my health and the baby’s health come first.’”

New episodes of The Kardashians drop every Thursday at 12 a.m. ET on Hulu.
