In the drama-filled preview, Kim, 43, ripped her younger sister Khloe, 39, for being unbearable in a surprising altercation.

The Good American founder usually credits herself as the mediator within the family, though her role has seemingly changed in the newest installment of the show.

During a candid conversation with her mom Kris Jenner, 68, the reality star shared her concerns about being a “working mom.”

Kim explained the difficulties she faced while running her media empire, owning a business, and studying to be a lawyer.

The momager asked her daughter if she’d “spoken to Khloe about this” to which the TV star quipped back, “No because she’s just very judgmental.”

SISTER SPAT

Khloe also got in on the spat during a confessional.

“Sisters can be vicious and brutal,” she snapped, making a wide-eyed shocked face.

Back to Kim, producers caught the Skims founder complaining, “Khloe is unbearable these days.”

But Khloe seemed unbothered by the statement, as back in her confessional she scathed, “I don’t care what anyone thinks! I’m happy.”

Then, in a confrontational clip between the two, Kim told her younger sister, “You don’t realize you sometimes have a stick up your a**.”

Clapping back, Khloe replied, “You are going through a lot right now and you’re taking it out on me.”

Kim screamed, “Get out!” before the video returned to her confessional.

“Who the f**k does she think she is?” Kim asked, moments before the trailer ended.

SCARY DIAGNOSIS

Season 5 of The Kardashians premieres later this month, promising new sister drama and health complications for family members.

Earlier in the trailer, Kris revealed that doctors found a small tumor and a cyst when performing a scan on her body.

The family matriarch broke down in tears while sharing the news with her daughters.

“I had my scan, they found a cyst and a little tumor,” she explained to the room.

The 68-year-old began crying, prompting her girls to surround her with hugs.

EMOTIONAL MOM-ENT

Kylie Jenner, 26, seemed most devastated by the news, sobbing to the point where her older sister Kendall, 28, broke off to comfort her.

The entire room was in shock, including Kris’s boyfriend Corey Gamble, 43, who teared up with his partner.

The Hulu star has not previously spoken about the medical issue and revealed no further information in the trailer.

Though the timing wasn’t confirmed, the announcement was seemingly made in the fall before Kourtney, 45, gave birth to her son Rocky in November.
