If so, he’s doing it via super sharp label Officine Générale.
Ryan Reynolds has surfed a tidal wave of big fits on the Deadpool & Wolverine press trail. And, as it wraps up, please be silent for a bittersweet moment. From here on out, there’ll be fewer grail-y Bode shirts (he wore four in one week), and no more refreshingly affordable Med-coded shirts. But don’t cry because it’s over; smile because it happened, because Reynolds saved the best for last (and it’s weirdly quite Ryan Gosling).
While rolling up to Good Morning America in New York City, the Wrexham co-owner slipped on a knitted top and layered this with a pastel pink suit jacket. Featuring a single-breasted two button design, it was fitted with notch lapels, padded shoulders, and was made entirely from organic cotton. Reynolds then jumped into a pair of matching, high-waisted trousers (that’s equipped with a built-in belt), and he finished off the look with some brown suede Oxfords.

So who was the brand behind this mega menswear moment? Officine Générale, that’s who. Founded in 2012 by designer Pierre Mahéo, it has become something of a cult label over the years thanks to its nice and normal clothes that actually look—and feel—super sick.
Pinks suits went hard this time last year when Ryan Gosling rocked up to every Barbie red carpet. And in the post-Ken world, this might just be the ultimate follow-up. With its eco construction and a design that’s inspired by classic French tailoring, it’s potentially a more elevated version of Gosling’s get-ups.
Plus, Officine Générale rarely ever goes for bright colours (it’s usually more about blacks and greys and olives and all that solid menswear-y stuff), so it’s also a reminder that, while suits are traditionally smart, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have a bit of fun with them every once in a while.
So enjoy this Ryan Reynolds while you can. It’s been quite the campaign trail.
