The billionaire rap mogul filmed the video for his single “I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)” at this David Hertz-designed contemporary residence in Bel Air.

Rapper turned billionaire music mogul Jay-Z dropped the video for I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me) in 2000. The iconic track was the first single from his album The Dynasty: Roc La Familia and features flashy lyrics co-written by Pharrell Williams. Visuals for the song, in which the rapper disturbs neighbors by playing loud music, play out in a Los Angeles residence designed by architect David Hertz. The striking abode in the posh Bel Air neighborhood can now be yours for $8.9 million.

Set back on Stradella Road and built with using an array of sustainable elements, the gated residence was built in 1998 and overlooks the Stone Canyon reservoir. Jay-Z and other stars like Jermaine Dupri were filmed in different parts of the almost 6,800-square-foot home for the music video, giving fans a glimpse into its five-bedroom, six-bath layout.
