The 158-Token Route: How Palworld Players Are Breaking the “Successful Bounty Token” Economy
THEY THOUGHT SUCCESSFUL BOUNTY TOKENS WERE IMPOSSIBLE TO FARM… UNTIL THIS “DESPAWN” TRICK BROKE THE GAME! 🚨
Thousands of Palworld players are wasting hours hunting targets manually, but a new, hyper-optimized farming route is letting min-maxers pull 158 Successful Bounty Tokens in a single, 10-minute run.
But it’s not just about capturing the targets—it’s about exploiting a crazy combination of a fully condensed Splatterina, the “Lavish Hospitality” passive, and a weird despawn mechanic that forces the game to shower you with extra loot…
Are you going to keep grinding the slow way, or are you going to use this insane route before it gets patched? 👇🔥

In the chaotic endgame of Palworld 1.0, a new currency has taken center stage: Successful Bounty Tokens. Used to exchange for high-tier rewards with Vigilante Bounty Officers, these tokens were designed to be a slow, methodical grind, rewarding players who carefully track down and defeat specific human and Pal bounties. But as is tradition in the Palworld community, the most dedicated players have completely dismantled the intended progression, turning a tedious hunt into a hyper-efficient, 158-token farming loop.
A newly viral strategy, recently showcased by the gaming channel “Ape Knight Gaming,” has laid out a highly optimized, reproducible route that allows players to exploit specific Pal passives, clever inventory management, and intentional despawn mechanics to multiply their bounty token yield exponentially.
The Anatomy of the Perfect Bounty Party
The secret to this “Insane Bounty Token Farm” begins before the player ever leaves their base. To maximize token drops, players are structuring their party in a highly unconventional way.
The first slot is reserved for speed: a fast flying mount. Jetragon remains the community favorite, especially if bred with movement speed passives like Legend and Swift. This is crucial because the route demands rapid travel between specific spawn points.
The second slot is where the true exploitation begins. Players must equip a fully condensed Splatterina. This Dark-type Pal, natively found in the red areas of the Faybreak biome only at night, has a unique partner skill. When fully condensed, Splatterina passively increases the drop rate of bounty tokens simply by being in the party.
The final crucial party member is Yakumo. But not just any Yakumo. Players are meticulously breeding Yakumos with two specific passive skills: Lavish Hospitality and Service-minded. When a player rides or summons a Yakumo with these passives in the vicinity of a bounty target, the target has a high chance of inheriting those passives upon capture. Lavish Hospitality alone grants a massive 100% increase to dropped items when the captured Pal is butchered.
The remaining party slots? They must be left completely blank.
The Route: Capturing, Summoning, and Butchering
The farming loop is a masterclass in ruthless efficiency. Armed with a Ring of Mercy (an accessory that prevents lethal damage, leaving the target at 1 HP), the player begins their route at Scorched Hill.
Their first target is a bounty named Pinch. Instead of simply killing Pinch for the base 4 bounty tokens, the player uses the Ring of Mercy and their best sphere to capture him while riding the specially-bred Yakumo. This forces Pinch into one of the empty party slots, hopefully inheriting the Lavish Hospitality passive. The player then summons Pinch, equips the Meat Cleaver, and butchers him.
Between the capture reward and the butchering bonus, this method transforms a meager 4-token drop into a staggering 28 Successful Bounty Tokens.
From Scorched Hill, the player flies northwest to find the most lucrative target in the game: Ram. Ram naturally drops 5 bounty tokens. But getting the Yakumo passives onto Ram involves a clever manipulation of the game’s spawn mechanics.
Because Jetragon is significantly faster than Yakumo, the player flies to Ram’s location. To apply the passive transfer, the player then dismounts, summons Yakumo, and literally runs away from Ram until the target despawns (indicated by Ram’s health bar resetting). The player then runs back with Yakumo, forcing the game to respawn Ram under the influence of Yakumo’s passives. A quick Ring of Mercy capture and a subsequent butchering yields an easy 20 to 30 extra tokens.
A Masterclass in Efficiency
The rest of the route is a dizzying, fast-paced tour of the Palpagos Islands. From Ram, players fast-travel to the Faybreak Shipwreck to hunt a target named Cache, who is hiding atop a large structural ruin.
From there, it’s a quick hop to the Amethyst Outcrop to capture Mimic, then up to the Wildlands Floodgate to track down Dazzle next to a massive tree formation.
The most obscure location on the route lies southwest of the Crimson Cliffs. Players fly Jetragon to a hidden cave entrance known as Cannibal’s Tunnel, unmount, summon Yakumo, and delve inside to find the target Gnaw.
The final stop brings players to the Hill Entrance fast-travel point, where a quick flight south over the water leads to the final target, Billy.
After completing the circuit—which takes a well-practiced player roughly ten minutes—the player returns to base, summons the accumulated targets from their empty party slots, and begins the butchering process.
The Developer’s Dilemma
The result of this single route is a staggering 158 Successful Bounty Tokens. To put this in perspective, players hunting normally might spend an hour to acquire a fraction of that amount.
The success of this farm highlights a persistent theme in Palworld’s 1.0 release: the tension between intended game design and the ingenuity of min-maxers. Pocketpair designed the bounty system to be a rewarding, potentially challenging distraction. The community, armed with a deep understanding of RNG passives and despawn mechanics, has reduced it to a hyper-efficient assembly line.
Whether Pocketpair views this as an exploit that needs to be patched—perhaps by nerfing the interaction between Lavish Hospitality, Splatterina, and human bounty targets—remains to be seen. But for now, the route is open, the passives are working, and the economy of Successful Bounty Tokens has been permanently broken by players willing to embrace the darker mechanics of Palworld’s survival system.
