According to legal documents, the aforementioned judge is calling for all suspects to be questioned in court on December 19.“Since there is sufficient reason to suspect that they have participated in the investigated act, we ask that the following people give a statement,” the legal document read. Also mentioned in the document was that the two individuals would be informed of the accusation. As of now, the hotel receptionist is still working at CasaSur Palermo, the legal document added. He told dispatchers during one of his 911 calls that a guest had “too many drugs and alcohol” and was “trashing the entire room,” according to TMZ. Liam’s funeral was last monthIn another call he made to authorities he said that one of the hotel guest’s life “may be in danger” and he questioned if police were coming. So far three other people are under investigation in connection to Liam’s death. This includes a different hotel worker, and Liam’s friend, who’s being accused of abandonment, and an alleged drug dealer. Prosecutors say that the One Direction alum spent hours heavily drinking, beginning with whiskey for breakfast. Additionally, authorities also claim Liam hired two sex workers and took cocaine before hotel employees were captured on video taking him to his room. This was minutes before he fell from the balcony of his third-story hotel room and died.Buenos Aires emergency services chief Alberto Crescenti said medical teams weren’t able to save Liam when they arrived on the scene. In a statement, Crescenti said: “Our role was to head there quickly, give medical attention, and try to resuscitate him, but his injuries were incompatible with life.
