NFL icon Jason Kelce has reunited with ex-Philadelphia Eagles teammates at training camp.

The retired All-Pro center hung out with the Eagles offensive line during Monday’s practice.

Kelce, 36, showed up sporting a white bucket hat, grey T-shirt, and Eagles-branded shorts.

He was also seen chatting with the team’s offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland, per NBC Sports reporter Dave Zangaro.

It’s unknown what prompted the seven-time Pro Bowler’s visit.

But NFL fans were quick to express hope that Kelce’s time with the Eagles isn’t fully over.

“Coach Kelce?” one posted on X.

“Just fire [head coach Nick] Sirianni and give him the job right this second,” another wrote.

“Just unretire already,” a third said.

“He will be out of retirement by week 5, blocking for Saquon [Barkley],” one wrote.

Kelce hung up his cleats this year, putting an end to his 13-year playing career with the Eagles.

Since then, he’s capitalized on his success on the New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother Travis.

Kelce made his MNF debut last week during the network’s telecast of the Hall of Fame game between the Chicago Bears and Houston Texans.

And the ESPN gig might be just the beginning of his TV career, The U.S. Sun recently reported.

The Eagles legend received an invite to join the Season 33 cast of Dancing with the Stars – and is “enthusiastic” about appearing on the ABC/Disney+ show.

‘It was a short retirement!’

Jason Kelce didn’t stay retired in the NFL for long.

The former Philadelphia Eagles lineman called it quits after the 2023 season.

But he will be part of ESPN’s coverage on Monday Night Football in 2024.

Kelce will appear on Monday Night Countdown from 6pm-8pm ET every week as well as during the halftime show.

“Turns out, it was a short retirement!” he joked.

“ESPN was a consistent presence in our household growing up and the network helped shape who I am and my love of all sports.

“To now appear on that same screen is a full circle moment.

“And, I mean it’s freaking Monday Night Football! and I’m ready for some football.”

“He wants to show his dancing skills,” a source close to Kelce said.

Kelce would have to figure out his schedule if he was to compete on DWTS as the filming, taking place in Los Angeles, would overlap with the 2024 NFL season.

But he doesn’t mind keeping himself busy in retirement, the insider said.

“He looks forward to being on TV when the NFL season starts,” the source said.

“But he also wants to do multiple things and loves TV shows.

“He been asked to appear on plenty of shows in the last few months, and he is really interested in being on some of them.

“Jason is sure to have fun on Dancing with The Stars and hopes it will work out in the coming season.”
