Late pop star Liam Payne was seeking to sell his $6.2 million mansion just before his death.
The member of One Direction listed his British countryside estate, which he bought in 2021 to be close to his son, a month before the tragedy in Argentina.
The estate in Chalfont St Giles, southeast England, was listed for sale in September. It is near to the home of his former partner Cheryl Tweedy, with whom he shared a child, Bear.
On October 16, Payne died when he fell from the balcony of his suite at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires.
Payne bought the estate to be near to his son Bear, who lives in Buckinghamshire with his mum, singer and TV presenter Cheryl Tweedy.
The 2.4 hectare estate he owned has been removed from British real estate sites. Nine’s property team has confirmed the home, named Foxwood, was put on the market and taken down, from at least one major listing site, in September.
British sales portal Zoopla has a public record of its listing.
When news broke of Payne’s death, fans left bouquets of flowers at the gate of the five-bedroom property.
The property was online for sale in September, but has since been removed.
Foxwood has a swimming pool and stables, and was renovated when it sold to the singer three years ago.
Tweedy and Bear, now seven, live in the Buckinghamshire town, away from the limelight.
It is understood Payne, 31, was not living at the £3.2 million ($AU6.2 million) manor. He was instead residing in a rental in South Florida with his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy.
