Luc (Bruno Gouery) and Julien (Samuel Arnold) fly to Rome to help Sylvie and Emily present to Umberto Muratori. Although Marcello’s mother is impressed by the firm’s passion and understanding of their brand, she calls out the fact that Agency Grateau doesn’t have a real office in Rome. Ultimately, Sylvie seals the deal, but promises to set up a satellite office in Italy as part of the 6-month contract. When it comes time to pick a head of the agency’s Rome office, Sylvie selects Emily. “She can’t speak French either, and that didn’t stop her,” Sylvie reminds the team.

In the season opener, Gabriel spends Christmas with Camille’s family; everyone is excited about the baby, and it seems like there might be a lingering spark between the former couple, especially since Camille and Gabriel have been in each other’s lives for so long. When Emily breaks up with Gabriel over complications stemming from Camille and the baby, Camille decides it’s finally time to clear the air. Although Gabriel is disappointed by the news, he takes Camille’s false positive in stride.

Instead of being supportive, Nico acts like Mindy’s decisions are ruining his chances at taking over his father’s business, JVMA. It doesn’t help that Nico is still jealous of Mindy’s bandmate, Benoît (Kevin Dias).
