Cardi B says recovery after her third child is 'different' and she's  exercising to 'avoid postpartum depression' and not to 'snap back' | Daily  Mail Online

The well-known rapper, Cardi B, has said that she exercises constantly in order not to experience depression after the birth of the child.

The 31-year-old announced on September 12 that she had given birth to her third child, a daughter, with her ex-partner, star Offset.

Through a comment on social networks, she said that life after the birth of the child now is different compared to what she experienced from the two previous births.

“This is my third baby and the postpartum period is more different than the first two. I’m not doing heavy exercise, just cardio. Sometimes, in order not to experience depression, you have to keep your mind active. I did this through exercises”, she said on the social network “X”.

The star further explained that when she was five months pregnant, the public tried to lower her figure only because she had gained weight and that this has put a lot of pressure on her, adding that people have told her that she got pregnant just to didn’t work.

“Now that you see me still working, it’s something else. That’s why I’m taking this personally, but it’s FOR ME, because you’ll always have something to talk about,” the rapper wrote.

Meanwhile, the star has said that he has great energy and that he wants to do many things.

“I have incredible energy, I want to do everything, I feel like I want to accomplish all my goals in one day.”

The name of Cardi’s third baby has yet to be announced. It was reported that Offset and Cardi B are not planning to save the marriage.

Some sources have told TMZ that the two stars are always close to the children even though they may be separated, due to the great commitment they have around parenting.
