While Emily gets bothered with Camille being the third wheel in her relationship with Gabriel and his concern for Camille over his yet-to-be-born child, Sofia gets troubled by Camille’s reluctance to move away from the city and Gabriel.
As a result, Sofia moves back to Athens. Then Camille visits the doctor after noticing some blood spotting. Later, she finds out she is NOT pregnant. In fact, she never was. In the midseason finale, episode 5, it is shown that Camille chooses not to tell Gabriel about truth of her false pregnancy, in a seeming attempt to avoid losing another person she cares about.
